Where to begin, as the title/username says I'm 29 years old and live in the maritimes. Love to travel and meet new people, so not opposed to the random day/weekend trip to new places.

A little bit more about myself, I work IT, have done so for over a decade in all sorts of different roles. Am a single father of a 7yr old girl, she mainly resides with me and sees her mom twice a week (not looking for a mother to my child she has one just letting you all know that I'm a parent first and foremost).

I'm a pretty big geek/nerd, I follow technology pretty closely since it affects my job directly. I love to watch comedies, and sic-fi movies (my two favorite genres not that I don't watch a platitude of other genres). Favorite cartoons are South Park (can't wait for new season) and drawn together (very sad that there was only 3 seasons and a movie).

I'm not a super outdoorsie person but do like to skate whenever I can and also like to take hikes to take pictures. Not a professional or even amateur photographer but I enjoy it and it gives me an excuse to get outside and grab some fresh air. In the winter time I love snowmobiling but haven't done so in several years since I don't own my own snowmobile and my father sold his. Also don't currently live in an area where I could own and store one.

I'm not looking for a relationship right off the bat, just hoping to find like minded people who want to chat/pm/email, where it goes from there is where it goes from there.

If you get all way to the bottom of this post, thanks for taking the time to read it all. Oh and not that it matters/changes anything but I'm bilingual French is my primary language.
