40’s Is anyone here genuine? The ghosts all say they are, so how can we find you?

Tl;dr - send me a chat if you’re: serious about finding a virtual sexy best friend, committed to the long game of getting to know each other, over 37, available days/nights/weekends (obviously we have jobs, but I’m not a work spouse, and I’m not your commute ho), within an hour of central time (I’m an early bird, not a night owl. The struggle is real, ladies and gentlemen. I have done a terrible job of discerning the honest posts from the bullshit ones. Real question for those of you that ghost - is it a game? Are there points involved for how quickly and how far you get someone to open up before you fuck them and forget them? Yes, we have fun for that 12-96 hour period, but I’m tired of wasting my time and energy with you. A special shout-out to you posters keeping it real when you’re looking for that quick hook-up. Your honesty is refreshing and appreciated, and I hope someone is rewarding that.

Do you remember the old metaphor about the rocks in the jar? The big rocks represent the big things in your life, the pebbles represent smaller things that still have importance to you, and then you fill the jar with sand and those are all the little things that occupy your life. Well, I am looking for the person that can come in and be the water that fills the jar the rest of the way to the top, and maybe makes it gush a little, I don’t know.

So, the endless cycle begins again. As a female, I post, I wait any amount of time before I start sifting through replies that may or may not be related to anything I post. I chat some of you up, we maybe hit it off, it fizzles or you ghost, or you’re already talking to someone else and you hit it off with them, but for whatever reason it ends. So, back to the inbox for more sifting, but now it’s been a week, so the rest of you that have replied are in various stages of the cycle as well. Some of you have now posted your own ads. Another round of the chat and fizzle ensues, and meanwhile i never got to you…..
