42 Let’s get a little too consumed by each other

I’m not here to fill silence or pass time. I’m here because I miss what it feels like to be close to someone in a way that’s steady, natural… and a little hard to ignore.

I want something that builds. Where we start to reach for each other without overthinking it. Where conversations don’t feel like effort, and time together doesn’t feel rationed.

I’m affectionate, attentive, and I care deeply. I notice things, I remember what matters to you, and I show up in ways that are consistent, not just when it’s convenient. I like closeness - conversations that drift into the night, small check-ins during the day, the feeling that we’re part of each other’s lives even from a distance. Banal small talk exhausts me; I’m drawn to conversations that spark both mind and heart.

I don’t need constant attention, but I do need presence. I’m not looking to compete with a busy life for leftover time. I want something where we both make space, especially in the evenings and weekends, when it actually feels like we’re together.

I’m drawn to someone emotionally open, grounded, and intentional. Someone who doesn’t disappear when things become real, and doesn’t treat connection like something disposable.

A small note - if I’m a little slow to reply, I read everything that comes through (yes, even the low-effort ones), but I prefer to give my attention properly, one person at a time. I’m only looking for one connection; if exclusivity (within the obvious constraints of this kind of relationship) isn’t something you believe in, we probably won’t be a match.
