How do I make people like me more?

So my bfs best friend is liked by all his friends. They seem to remember her and want to hangout with her and such. My bf told me about her with a lot of admiration and a lot of people know her through him. But me despite being his gf, none remembers me.💀

I don't want anyone to dislike her, this isn't just about her either but I feel that people neutrally like me or like me a little. And comparing myself to her is the easiest way to explain this situation. None is rude per se but yeah. When I'm with my bf, people like him more rather. 👀💀💀

I'm not sure I understand what makes someone likeable.
This girl, I too like her a lot but also found her to be very annoying. I thought she was confident but also attention seeking and rather pays attention to unnecessary business of others. And judges people prematurely. What's likeable about her is I think she is charismatic. Something in her energy and the way she talks. None is without flaws and I definitely like her too. I like her authenticity.

But what makes someone rememberable or very likeable? I think I am not as knowledgeable as they are, maybe it's that. And idk about anything to depth because I struggle with multiple interests. I don't think I've ever been liked by many people anyway. People have said impressive from time to time but that's it.

I'm extroverted but not outgoing, so it does matter a bit much that I never feel liked enough.

Any ideas? What makes you like someone a lot? Or even memorable?
