Looking for someone to hang out with while I'm in town!

I've had great success with this before so thought I'd try again - this time in Chattanooga! Last time I did this I made a new best friend in Toronto whom I try to regularly visit, but Chattanooga is way closer so. I come to town a lot so I'm looking for real friendship AKA let's go eat, drink, and be merry on the semi-reg.

Context: My boyfriend thought he had a plus one to a wedding, he apparently did not (found out AFTER I bought a dress, can't return it), so I'm on a solo adventure the weekend of the wedding (Labor Day weekend, I'll be in town 8/31-9/1). Come join me on a food adventure and have a nice excuse to get dressed up with me! I will take pics of you and work your best angles for social media, as any good friend should. I bought the dress so I'm taking it out. I'd love to make a new friend or friend(s) in the process.

About me: artsy, nerdy, dark sense of humor, food-motivated. I actually have a reservation at one of my fave restaurants already so if we decide we're not creeped out by each other I'd love to have some company at dinner! We can go out for drinks after, I'm dying to try some of the new bars that've popped up, or if you've got some cool plans you're willing to let me crash that also sounds sick. During the day I'll probably be off somewhere sketching at a coffee shop so we could meet up for coffee or something and agree we're not going to drug and murder each other formally.
