Paleontologist looking for love

Posting this again after several months because I am still looking for a partner. Fingers crossed maybe this time will be the one where sparks fly 😊

About me: I'm 30, male, and a PhD student in paleontology. While my focus is on dinosaurs \[and I named a new dinosaur species in January 2024\], I have always had a passion for reptiles, and have 15 scaley pets of my own. I also like tabletop RPGs, video games, and metal/punk music. Very far left, so no rightoids/conservatives. I am a very affectionate and caring person, and will give the world to the right person.

I'd like to find a woman who is either local or who can easily travel to me, as I don't do long-distance. I'd like someone who is kind, patient, a good communicator (ie not expecting me to be psychic, being up-front and clear about how they feel, what they want, what's bothering them, etc.), has intellectual curiosity and loves the natural world \[they don't need to have a degree or anything, just someone who likes learning\], loves to travel, and has a sense of adventure. I'm not picky when it comes to appearance (though, admittedly, goth/alt girls are my kryptonite), I am looking for someone who is in decent physical shape and can do things like hiking for decent amounts of time, looking for reptiles or fossils, or go scuba diving, as those are all activities I would want to share instead of just doing by myself.
