Tired of feeling like I'm the last priority

43 year old male - no idea what the hell I am doing, hence the username. I'm a father to 3 amazing kids, work full time and make decent living, and care for my ill spouse. Her progressive health issues have unfortunately sucked any semblance of physical and mental intimacy in our life for past 5 years. I try to be the diligent and caring husband but miss feeling wanted or any sort of connection.

A little about me - I would consider myself average, workout pretty consistently, love outdoor activities when I can. Like to read, garden, music, tattoos, spirituality. I've been sober for 8 years (that's whole other story ) Just looking for conversations and connection.
