Tryna snag me a lurker 👀

Hey!

I’m a 31-year-old guy in North Jersey and, surprisingly, I actually like living here. I work in software development, but I’ve been thinking about moving into a less volatile field given how unpredictable the tech job market has been. Currently one of my favorite things I always look forward to is when my sister brings over my nephew. Being a first-time uncle has been a pretty fun experience, and it’s been really cool seeing this tiny human puppy grow and do something new and funny every day. I’m looking to meet new people, build some local (and not-so-local) connections, and generally see what kind of trouble I can get myself into. Personality wise, I’m pretty laidback and don’t take myself too seriously. I tend to stay calm in most situations, go with the flow, and keep things low-drama. I’m more introverted by nature, but I open up once I’m comfortable and tend to show interest through a bit of friendly teasing and humor. 

* Cars and Formula One (Typical, I know 😂) - Would be super cool if you have any interest in cars and great if you follow Formula 1 at all.
* Standup comedy - Big standup fan and will spam you with links to my favorite bits lol tell me about your favorites if you have aOntario.
* Sports - I happen to have a knack for being into sports that are quite niche within the US so sports like cricket, boxing, ufc, and motorsports are up there for me.
* Animals - Not an outdoor person for the most part (that’s the degenerate programmer in me coming out) but I love learning about animals, especially social ones. I find lions and wolves super fascinating to study and follow because of their complex social behavior and hierarchies. 
* Science and engineering - I have a big interest in anything to do with science or engineering, anything about space or learning about some of the craziest engineering projects ever attempted will always catch my eye.
* Music - I listen to music of all kinds including different languages as I do happen to speak 3, wouldn’t say I have a sophisticated taste in music or anything at all though 😂 some of my current favorites are The Marias and Cigarettes After Sex.
