Western Ontario - International Standard/Latin Ballroom Lead looking for serious partner willing to compete

Hello!

I started Ballroom dancing this past summer and am hooked. I've been working my tail off nearly ever day practising, hoping at some point to compete in dancesport comps. I've now realized that if I'm serious about competing, I need to find an equally serious partner, and while I have met plenty of fun girls willing to go to social dances and practise a bit, I'm having a harder time than I imagined finding one willing to team up to compete.

As the title says, I'm a 29 year old male Lead looking for a female Follow. I'm approximately 5'8" tall and average build (but working on improving this to get back into competitive shape at the same time). For those that actually care, I have blonde hair and blue eyes and am Caucasian. I'm not doing this for dating, I'm serious about the dancing, so I don't really care about most of that in a partner beyond them being in decent enough shape to compete and being willing to put in some time to practise without finding excuses to flake off. I'm primarily looking for a partner near my age just for the sake of competition bracketing, but really anyone between 20-35 works for me. Obviously if the girl has previous dance experience, that would be super helpful, but I'm just starting out and not expecting a pro here. We'll work our way there together!
