18 Rain is comforting

Hey there.

It's pretty late here and I can't sleep. Ever since this lockdown started I've been having trouble sleeping, maybe there's something wrong with me but I haven't been able to sleep well for many nights now.

The rain is strangely comforting, has that vibe to it like there's someone who's selected for it to rain around you.

Anyway, I'm Aisha. I'm Eighteen and I'm from Toronto.

I struggle to make new friends and meet new people. Lots of people but honestly I just want a conversation every day of every hour I'm awake. I guess clingy like that.

I'm a Muslim.

I love history and technological studies. The two combined are equally cool.

I'm from Toronto.

I study history and Islamic studies at college.

I'd like to join the navy eventually as either an engineer or medical worker.

I do a lot of volunteer work.
