31 looking for other neurodivergent friends!

I'm 31, about to be 32 soon. I am autistic, and I'm really looking for anyone that shares any of my common interests. I'm shy, a homebody, and I work from home overnights! Online friendships are ideal for me as I have trouble making new friends irl.

I received my autism diagnosis last year at 30, so I am still trying to navigate that and reevaluate my past. A huge part of me is discussing mental health. Along with autism, I have bipolar disorder (type unspecified), PTSD, and severe OCD. My current circle of friends are neurotypical and can't really relate to that. While they are supportive, it's easier to talk to someone with the same or similar diagnoses.

I want to know your special interest that everyone thinks is weird. Mine is wind turbines! I'm absolutely obsessed with them. I used to be terrified of them, but learning about them in my spare time has me hooked. I wish it was something I could do for work, but I don't live in those areas, and I'm afraid of falling and enclosed spaces (climbing up one seems so fun, but I would freak out!) I'm always reading up on them and if you're a tech that works on them, that would be so cool to talk about!
