35 Miss the butterflies and banter

I'm sure no one wants to post here, but sadly our circumstances make us. We all want a partner who's caring, flirty, sensual, all the romcom buzz words that make the "perfect partner" or maybe some of yall have even had that at one point. But now we are browsing this sub to try and find that again. That connection where you get butterflies when you see a new message. Have the other person racing through your head all day, thinking about everything they've said. The passion and fireworks that a new "thing" brings. Im hoping to find that here. 😀

More about me: I'm 35, and currently living in Toronto. Originally a born and raised Torontoite, but probably the least Toronto person from there (besides my shoulder length hair). Im 6'2", about 220 pounds and really enjoy going to the gym every weekday (hit me up for tips). I work as an engineer for a company that recently sent something to space, and it's been a dream job. I enjoy watching tv (who doesnt), taking care of my yard, Legos, board games, basically im a big nerd lol. Have my own house, no kids, and would seemingly be living a great life! Except, the reason im posting here, the physical intimacy and affection is completely nonexistent. I take care of myself, hygiene is huge for me, im fit, do work around the house, care for the animals, fulfilled in all areas of my life but this one. I miss the sexual tension and butterflies talking to someone. How you get nervous leaning in for a kiss, you can feel the world go silent and everything slow down.
