36M Are there any support groups for anyone "going through it"?

I'm going through some serious heartbreak from someone I met on here. We aren't over yet, but I fear that it's coming.

Are there any support groups for people who are going through similar heartbreak?

Semi success story for you all:

I met someone on here 3 years ago. I thought I was emotionally strong enough to not fall in love with her, but I did. We've had our fair share of ups and downs, and we've always made it to the other side. But we've both had some recent life events that seem like we might not make it through this.

We've become each other's best friends. We talk all day every day. We've met up in person, and it's been \*even better\* than the best I could ever imagine. We just met at the wrong time, but if we weren't both on here, we never would have met.

I'm afraid to lose her, because I worry that I'll never get her back. But I'm afraid to stay because of how much it hurts, and not knowing if we'll be able to fix it. I've never been in this much pain before, and I truly don't know what to do.

I would love to hear your stories and not feel so alone.

Yes, it's possible to meet someone on here. But you are risking having your heart absolutely torn apart.
