38 Mentoring and sex/sexual exploring: affection, trust, lust, without romance?

Plenty of kinks rattling around and kept private, one always stands above the others and Im curious to chat with those that might share it. Ive been interested in an age gap dynamic for a while, though to say its just a matter of a younger woman would be only partially true. What I find exciting is the prospect of becoming a mentor of sorts to a younger woman.

Specifically, Im interested in a dynamic that includes the three things I mentioned (though obviously not exclusively). I want there to be mutual affection, a genuine interest in the other person's life and an overall sense of enjoying time spent together. I want to build a trust, an openness where she can come to feel comfortable not just being herself with me, but letting me see her actual inner workings, concerns, wants, etc. And I want a mutual lust. To that, I dont mean a constant need to hook up, but I do want sexual thoughts and exploration to be a big part of the dynamic.

Yet, as I said, Im not looking for a romantic component. I do want to keep some boundaries and I want it to actually be more of a mentoring than a straight relationship.
