45 Discreet friend for hiking, concerts and all types of fun

**The TL/DR:** I'm 45, guy-next-door/artist type that's fun, discreet and can carry half of a conversation. Horribly neglected at home. Looking to connect with someone who is in a similar situation to me (married, kids and neglected) that is down for chatting and when it makes sense actually meet in person. I'm located around Nashua NH/Lowell MA area, but travel around New England some. 

If that's within the range of what you're looking for then read on. Yes, I've written a lot below - but I'd rather give a lot of info up front about who I am and what I'm looking for as it can save both of us wasting our time. 

**About me:**

After years of putting other people's needs and expectations ahead of my own I started putting myself first once in awhile. It's great! As a result I'm loving life right now, living outside my comfort zone, pursuing and achieving long term dreams and goals. I am having a blast.

At home the romance and affection just kind of went away. It's a long story how it got to this point, but if you're in a similar situation where you're co-parenting with a roommate, then you probably get it. Standard disclaimer here that while I am looking for a new friend, I am not looking to blow up my life, change my situation or yours. Just something that's discreet, genuine and fun.

I'm tall and in decent shape, and will share pictures early on. Pretty clean cut, guy next door type. Masculine, but not a tough guy. I'm a down to earth, optimist with a sense of humor that sometimes only I understand. Music and nature are big passions of mine and when I get free time I'm on a trail, jamming with friends or going out to concerts. I'm just over the MA/NH border about 10 minutes North of Lowell MA near Nashua NH. As long as I plan in advance I have a pretty flexible schedule and don't mind meeting halfway.

The closer we are to each other the more we can see each other. However, if you're in the greater New England area and things like concerts, hiking, camping and art are your passions I hope you'll say hello. I'd rather a real connection with someone and if I can't see that person as often as I'd like it just makes the time we do see each other even more amazing.
