Looking for my intellectual equal

I'm a 48 year old married dad. Are things lacking at home? Yup, that's why we're here. Now that's out of the way...

I'm nerdy and geeky, like the computer and sci-fi type. But I'm not one dimensional either. I like poetry and art, history and politics, cooking and home renovations too.

My favourite places to be can be cuddled up on the sofa, or my toes in the ocean, or a cabin in the woods. I'm pretty easy going over all but I know how I like my coffee.

Now what am I looking for? Someone who turns my brain on. I want stimulating conversation. Mental sparing. Someone that keeps drawing me back in and I will do the same. I want us to crave each other and make excuses to check our messages and chat with each other.

I'm eastern time, I don't really care where you are as long as we can find time to talk during the day. We're both busy but we always make the most effort.

I haven't mentioned any physical descriptions yet and I won't, let's not make that the most important thing. Maybe we won't be attracted to each other, maybe we will. No amount of physical attraction can make up for stimulating conversation and mental connection.
