I’ve spent my 20s climbing the ladder and building a solid career. At 30, I’m in a leadership role within the trades. Most days that means I’m the one managing the pressure and making sure everyone else is taken care of. I’ve done well for myself, but it’s definitely a lonely spot to be in sometimes.

Outside of work, things have gotten pretty stagnant. My marriage is stable, but the excitement and that "can’t wait to see you" feeling have been gone for a long time.
