32 I am Not the one

Not even a little. I'm not wife material. Or even girlfriend material. I'm fwb AT BEST. I don't have my life even kind of figured out. Intimacy and commitment scare me and I may be a parade of red flags.

I'm working on it, but I don't know what I want out of life, and that has always been my biggest problem. Sure, sometimes I'll copy someone else but that has yet to pay off. I've also tried doing nothing and that hasn't worked. I need an original idea.

I do make jokes! I like that about me. I also recognize when I joke as a coping mechanism and I am working on that.
And I am serious about changing my life, and this post plays into that a little. I usually hide all the shit, even from myself. Now I'm putting it out there.

I am cold and not very dependable. I find vulnerability uncomfortable. I am short and kinda hot but I have gained some weight in my thighs. Maybe you're into that! I'm pretty smart and my attention span has made huge improvements lately. And I guess I am warming up to myself, so that'll spread out, too!

I'm not looking for a fix. I'm making small progress every day. I'm not looking for a cheerleader or coach. Maybe a passerby. Maybe you want to walk together for a minute and then take off down another trail. Maybe you're coming from the opposite direction and you can tell me there's a bear or poison ivy up ahead.

Anyway, what are you up to? Worlds getting kinda nuts, huh?
