For the woman who wants intention not just attention

I’m not here for surface level chat or quick forgettable conversations. I’m looking for a woman who actually knows the difference between regular attention and real intention. Someone who can bring something to the table and hold a proper conversation. Online chats can be hard enough as it is. If there’s no substance for either of us to grab onto, it’s tough for anything real to develop. Sometimes no one has time to write paragraphs, but I still need to feel like we’re actually having a conversation, no matter which direction it goes.

Neither of us are here for therapy sessions or to be permanent penpals who just vent about our misery. Hopefullysome flirting and spicy conversation but we both are more then just that. For this to actually work, there needs to be a natural blend of the whole package.... depth, lightness, wit, real connection, and whatever else flows naturally between us.

I’m 48 and I live on the south coast of Toronto. I spend a lot of time walking by the Mediterranean. There’s something about the sea that clears your head and helps you stay present.

Physically I’m 6 foot 2, around 180 pounds, naturally fit and lean. Dirty blonde hair, blue eyes. I have a calm presence but there’s a bit of an edge underneath. I’ll let you decide what that feels like.

Obviously we live in the real world, so there needs to be both mental attraction and physical attraction. I would take cute and sarcasm over perfection any day. I’m drawn to intelligence, wit, confidence, and that playful sass that keeps things interesting. A woman who can balance depth and lightness, who knows how to hold my attention without showing everything at once. I actually pay attention to what you say, how you say it, and sometimes what you choose not to say.

Time zones don’t bother me but can be challenging. There’s something nice about connecting with someone who’s a little out of reach. Close enough to talk properly, far enough to keep a bit of mystery. I read a lot and I’m really fascinated by people, what makes them complex and interesting. These days I’m more selective. Less noise, more real connection.
